Hi Everyone,

Well, here we are on the second day of the second year of the Aquarian Age. Do you feel a shift in the energy? Some people have reported that they do.

Is this the year we know we are leaving the third dimension and moving into the fifth dimension? How are things different this year?

Is it finally time to stop trying to fix ourselves and others? Can we finally accept that we do not need fixing because we are not broken – and neither is anyone else? Can we all accept that we are not victims and stop blaming everything and everyone for what is happening for us – not to us but for us – because it is what we need on our path.

Can we accept what happens to our physical bodies as a message, a call for attention? Can we accept responsibility for our own healing and know that we are creating our own bodies and our lives the way they are for a reason? This is not to say that we blame ourselves for what is happening but rather accept it as what is and know that there is a reason for everything that happens.

Does this mean we have to figure out why things are happening? That we have to trace it back to childhood or perhaps other lives. No – it’s time to let that go. It does not matter. What matters is to accept what is and move on from there. To see the gift in all things and if we cannot see the gift yet accept that we will see it in time.

I remember back in the 80s when I first started to wake up. We were told that we were ascending. We did not get it that everyone was ascending, we thought we were different, special. We expected to sprout wings and fly off the planet. I remember workshops in which we were adjusting others’ wings. It all seems pretty silly now.

We were also told that thought is creative and at the time this was a new idea. Now we know that it is not just our thoughts but our feelings. Idle thoughts just pass through – they do not create. But the thoughts that we energize with feeling do manifest. Or more accurately, the energy that we are attracts like energy. So if we want to create peace we must become peace so we can attract it to us.

During that time I asked in a group meditation what my life purpose was. I expected a job description. What I was received instead was that my life purpose is “to walk the planet as a full expression of the God I Am.” Again I thought I was special. I hesitated to share this with anyone as it sounded too egotistic. But of course it had nothing to do with ego and everything to do with Spirit.

I still believe that this is my life purpose – and yours and everyone else s. It is time to wake up to the truth of who we are and live in that truth. We did not come here to learn lessons and earn or learn our way off the planet. We came here to live in the magnificence of who we are. We are spirit expressing through a human body.

We are not humans having – or trying to have – a spiritual experience. We are spirit having a human experience. And the purpose of our human experience is to bring the Light that we are to this planet.

Does this mean we must heal others? No, they don’t need healing because they are not broken. We are here to live the truth of who we are and in so doing bring our Light to the planet so that others seeing our Light may …

As you embody and become your true essence you attract more of that and as we do this more and more we are creating a new and very different reality on planet Earth. It is not happening instantly but gradually and as more and more Light workers become and live the truth of who they are this creation will manifest.

So your life purpose – and mine – is to live in the truth of who we are. To let your soul and heart run the show. You mind won’t understand. It is not able to. But the more we can move into our heart and live from the truth that lies within the more we can live out life purpose and assist others in doing the same.

I have practiced and taught Reiki for years and continue to do so. I have found this a way to increasingly bring Light to the planet and to assist others in doing the same. The true meaning of the attunement that is a part of every Reiki workshop is to create a space within which the student may connect with their true essence – their divine essence – to the extent that they are ready to do so at that moment in time. The Reiki Master / Teacher creates the space within which this may occur. What occurs is between that student and his indwelling spirit.

The Reiki practice involves 4 mantras and associated symbols. The first two mantras are associated with the earth and heaven energy. The third mantra is associated with connection with the Oneness. And the fourth mantra that is taught in the Level III workshop often called Reiki Master Training is associated with the Great Bright Light. Meditation on this mantra can bring the student closer to becoming the Great Bright Light.

As I have learned more and more about who I am, what is going on with the planet, and my role in this I have done some serious soul searching as to whether Reiki still makes sense. My conclusion is that yes it does at least for now. Reiki assists the Reiki Practitioner, meaning the student who has a private Reiki practice, connect more and more with their divine essence. And those who receive Reiki sessions whether they seek them for physical or emotional healing, spiritual growth or stress relief and relaxation receive Reiki which is spiritual Light. So every practice of Reiki adds Light to the planet.

There are many other spiritual practices that bring Light to the planet. I speak of Reiki because that has been my path for over 25 years so I am most familiar with it. The Japanese work “ki” in Reiki is the same as the Chinese work “chi” in other practices that work to bring Light to the planet.

I believe that 2014 will be a year of accelerated movement into the Light, a year in which more and more people wake up to the truth of who they are and do their part in bringing Light to the planet.

How soon will we be in the fifth dimension? I’m told that on energetic levels we already are there, that the phycisal takes longer. How much longer? That remains so be seen. It will depend on how rapidly humanity wakes up to the knowledge that their true nature is spirit and begin to let their Light shine.
